  12. oh dear, i started this yesterday and got severe muscle soreness today. I would recommend a slight stretch before starting this. Mainly for squats.
    Will start again once my quadriceps feel better.

    Doing this for 2 weeks!
    Day 1. It wasn’t too bad apart from the pushups! It burnt and I was sore. But I will keep doing! I also added 50 crunches for abs 😂❤️
    Day 2.
    The first 2 burnnn. Didn’t have any pain in the morning, though. Decided to increase the crunches to 100 a day, to get results faster (hopefully!) will report back tomorow.
