1. Flat DB Bench Press(90-120lbs dbโ€™s) 5 sets 8-6 reps
Superset
2. DB Rows Flat Bench(90-105lbs) 5 sets 5 reps
3. Seated Machine Press 5 sets 10-6 reps
Superset
4. Inside Grip Machine Row 5 sets 10 reps
5. Supinated Grip Cable Crosses 3 sets 10 reps(not videoed)
Superset
6. Inside Grip Pull Ups 3 sets 6 reps(not videoed)

Pre Workout Meal: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 3 chopped up potatoes each with Mrs. Dash on them

Post Workout Meal: 85g of oats mixed with a little 2% milk, honey, and 3 scoops of all natural peanut butter

    Omg I was hoping your egg whites were actually mac n cheese lmao! Man I see a lot of peeps doing chest/back together. I have yet to try that as a regular part of my split. What's the rest of your split look like right now?? I might have missed it.
