  33. भाई जी कृप्या लंगोट बाँधने से लेकर ,पूरा diet rutine तीन से चार हफ्तों तक ..पोस्ट और pre workout timeing …excercise..traning ..पर पूरा एक video बनाइये …जिससे की इस बारे में पूरी जानकारी मिल सके ..क्यूँकि Gym traning के बारे में तो बहुत सी video और channel और traner जानकरी देते हैं , पर देसी excercise के बारे में कोई video नहीँ बनाता ..और हमें भी कुछ इस बारे में पता नहीँ है ..अगर आप इसे शुरू करें तो यह बहुत खुशी की बात होगी , और बिल्कुल एक नये प्रकार का वीडियो होगा …और सभी को देसी excercise k बारे में भी सीखने को मिलेगा …
