#FitFebruary :: Weight Gain Frustration :: 12-Week Work Out Plan



This week I’ve somehow managed to gain 4 pounds, then lose another 2 along the way. I’m really hoping that my body composition is changing for the better. I know that what I see on the scale is not the full reflection of my exercise and diet — how my clothes fit, stamina level, etc. all matter in this journey.
