THE WORKOUT:

Shoulder Press | 3 Sets of 10 | Seated Bench
Lateral Raises | 3 Sets of 10 | Standing

Superset

3 Part Straight Bar Curl | 10 reps | Straight Bar
Reverse Grip Tricep Pull Downs | 10 reps | Cable Machine

Repeat for total of 3 times.

*Supersets are combinations of exercises performed consecutively with no rest in between the sets*

Superset

Bicept Curl / Hammer Curl | 6 reps each alternating each arm
Bent Over Tricep Extensions | 10 reps | dumbbells

Repeat for total of 3 times.
